Join us for a Halloween Orienteering event at Cliff Cave.  There will be a score-o and a dog bone course offered.  We are asking that everyone pre-register for our events so we can minimize registration interactions during this time of Covid.

What:

  • Two orienteering courses; a traditional Score-O and a Dog-bone course
  • Score-O course appropriate for all levels, will have a 60 or 90 minute time limit (still an open decision) to get as many controls as you can.
  • Dog-bone course intended for more advance orienteers.   (If you don’t know what a dog-bone course is, it will be explained.  It’s like a score-O, except that all controls are paired with another control.  If you go to one control, you must immediately go to the paired control)

Where:

  • Cliff Cave County Park (806 Cliff Cave Rd, St. Louis MO, 63129)
  • The start / finish will be at the new parking lot at the top of the hill on Cliff Cave road.

When:

  • October 31st, 2020
  • Registration / Map distribution begins at 9:00AM
  • Mass start at 10:00AM
