We are excited for another edition of SLOC Turkey O. Kevin Minton is setting a course in the beautiful Cuivre River State Park.
Here’s the details:
What: 3 Hr Turkey O(as many points as possible in 3hrs), a white course(1.5-2km), a yellow course (1.5-3km)
When: Registration starts 8am, individual starts 9 am
Where: Cuivre River State Park, Hilltop Shelter.

Brian Hey is directing the first, in a long time, Castlewood Night O. Format will be a Score O. Get as many as you can in the time alotted! Bring a friend if you get spooked in the dark easily.

Scoring update: Any missed control at Lafayette cost 5 minutes
Bring a flash light and the family for a night orienteering meet in Kirkwood City Park. We will have a mass start and 45 minutes to find as many controls as possible! All ages and abilities will enjoy a course designed by our infamous David Frei. Need more of a challenge, be the first to get all the controls the fastest!
Location: Kirkwood City Park, Amphitheater in the middle(look for directional signage)
Registration starts 7:15pm
Everyone starts at 8pm!
Cost: $5 for kids, $10 for adults, $50 for family membership(free event for the year)

Thanks to those who came out for a hot then windy, wet, and wild Queeny Meet! Below are the Scores for this meet. We will be using the Dog Bone South Course for the Summer Spring Series Points, which will be included in a different post. Bare with us as this is our first time trying a point series in a while!
