2019-07-24 Lafayette City Park Summer Sprint Series #3/4

July 24 6pm Directed by Nathan Graves

We have another unique event for our summer series.  This small park will be loaded with controls and divided into four quadrants.  Each quadrant will have an unmapped control that you will only have a clue, and your awareness, as you punch the other clues in the quad keeping an eye out for the unmapped control.  Unmapped controls are worth double!  See who can clear this tricky little course in the fastest time and earn your Summer Series points.

Registration table will be at the corner of Lafayette and Mississippi streets.

June 19 6pm directed by Josh Borgmeyer

Come out and enjoy a summer evening exploring one of the best suburban parks in the St. Louis area on Wednesday, June 19th at 6:00 PM. This is the second meet in the SLOC summer sprint series, but you don’t need to be participating in the Sprint Series to attend. Registration will start at 6:00 with starts to immediately follow.

There will be 2 course options:

Beginner: Point to Point Format

Advanced: Memory-O: Participants will be asked to memorize 4 points at a time in this 12 point course. At the end of each 4 point leg, there will be another map showing the next 4 points. There will be no pre-study of the map. Once you look at the map, you are on the clock!

This is sure to be lots of fun with good stories to follow. See you out there!
